A new COVID-19 case of CAAT employee
Due to the third Covid-19 wave, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has recently received a new COVID 19 infected case report from a contract employee, a messenger of the financial department.
The employee still has no existing symptoms but since the family members were diagnosed positive, then went to the hospital for a test and was confirmed positive this morning. CAAT then urged the infected employee to clarify the timeline for the identification of employees who were in close contact. The identified employees will then follow health safety guidelines given by the Disease Control in their residential area and then be tested for COVID 19.
CAAT has cleaned and disinfected entire office and will continue for 3 days. For the employees who are not identified in high risks, still have to follow 14-day daily symptom monitoring and work from home procedures, as well as strictly follow to the measures of the Ministry of Public Health. If anyone needs to contact CAAT, please proceed via telephone, online channels, or a teleconferencing system.
For our latest infected employee, the case will be investigated by the Disease Control Department. If there is further important information, CAAT will notify immediately.
