Airworthiness Directives (ADs) are issued to address unsafe conditions.
Aircraft on the Thai Register are required to comply with applicable ADs in accordance with DCA Announcement of Airworthiness Directive (BE 2554). These include the ADs issued by the National Authority of the State of Design and all Mandatory/ Alert Service Bulletin, Mandatory/Alert Modification, Service Instruction issued by the Type certificate holder.
Additionally, Airworthiness Directive (AD) issued by CAAT for products, parts and appliances where Thailand are either state of register or state of design in accordance with Air Navigation Act (BE 2497) Section 41/82 are required to be complied.
