Applicant selects available registration mark from List of avialable registration marks_2023 then submits application package to CAAT by EMPIC or to CAAT office |

CAAT officer verifies application and responds to applicant |

CAAT officer starts invoice issuance process. After applicant completes the payment, applicant must send payment evidence to email: [email protected] |

CAAT officer prepares documentation for proposed to CAAT management considers application to reserve registration mark |
5 |
CAAT officer notifies applicant of result |
Note:
If an applicant is unable to submit the required documents within 30 days, CAAT will reject the task and return the application package to the applicant.
Fees
5,000 THB per 1 Registration Mark.
A reserved Registration Mark will be held for 12 months and an application form may request only one Reservation Mark.
