By virtue of Section 6 (5) and the first paragraph of Section 41/71 of the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954) as amended by the Royal Decree on the Amendment to the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954), B.E. 2558 (2015)

This Requirement shall come into force as from the day of publication in the Government Gazette.
