But if you are a Thai citizen traveled to the listed countries from Thailand, you are exempted from 21-day requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, please contact Thai Embassy for Certificate of Entry or COE, or you can register at Thailand Pass via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tp.consular.go.th\/\">https:\/\/tp.consular.go.th<\/a>&nbsp;with these following documents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Your Passport&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vaccination Certificate&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-COVID-19 Health Insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-SHA+ or Alternative Quarantine Hotel Reservation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the registration is complete, you will get T8-form from the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Upon your arrival at the first airport in Thailand<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to pass through body temperature screening. After that, please prepare and show these mandatory documents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Certificate of Entry or QR Code from Thailand Pass<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vaccination Certificate&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-COVID-19 Health Insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-RT-PCR test result within 72 hours&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-SHA+ or Alternative Quarantine Hotel Reservation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your documents are approved, you can proceed through immigration screening, baggage claims and customs clearance then go to the meeting point and take the bus to your reserved hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>At the hotel<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure that \u201c\u200eMorChana\u201d application has been installed in your phone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and you will need to undergo RT-PCR Test and stay in the hotel until the result is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your Covid-19 test result is negative, you can leave the hotel. If positive, you must undergo medical treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also be given an ATK test kit to test on the 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;or 7<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;day, or upon any symptoms which may appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Phuket International Airport, travelers may be tested for COVID-19 after baggage claims.
