The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kajornpat Maklin, Deputy Director General for Safety Oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was conducted under the framework of the Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme \u2013 Southeast Asia (COSCAP-SEA), a key mechanism of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to support Member States in continuously enhancing aviation safety and airworthiness standards through regional cooperation, information sharing, and capacity building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, participating States reviewed progress on key safety priorities from ICAO and regional platforms, assessed ongoing initiatives, and discussed future directions of the South-East Asia Regional Aviation Safety Team (SEARAST) and COSCAP-SEA.
