The lecture was part of an executive seminar designed to enhance operational capabilities at the Tourist Police Bureau for Fiscal Year 2026, held at the Tourist Police Bureau Headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lecture aimed to elevate knowledge and understanding regarding the current and future Unmanned Aircraft System ecosystem, as well as to maintain a balance between safety regulation and industry promotion. Key topics included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; CAAT has structured the Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) Ecosystem to manage air traffic and foster seamless collaboration among regulatory bodies, air navigation service providers, police officers, and key aviation stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Certification standards for Unmanned Aircraft will expand to cover all components. This represents an end-to-end safety oversight approach, spanning from initial design and C2 Link testing to the issuance of aircraft type\/standard certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; CAAT continues to advance the UAS Portal under a &#8220;One-Stop Service&#8221; concept to streamline registration processes for operators and pilots, as well as flight authorization requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the Director General highlighted the upcoming ICAO AAM Symposium 2026, scheduled for December 1\u20133, 2026.
