Overview of the EMPIC (Safety Oversight Management System)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) is implementing a new Safety Oversight Management System called “EMPIC,” which is a system designed specifically for aviation regulators managing safety and security oversight responsibilities, including organization types, licenses, approvals, certifications, and permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAAT aims to provide a comprehensive and efficient means of conducting various types of audits and certificates\/certification processes that can be configured to cover use cases for air operators, maintenance companies, training organizations, production organizations, design organizations, aerodromes, air navigation service providers, aeromedical examiners & centers, and invoice and receipt administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
