Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Relevant Laws and Regulations are as follows:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caat.or.th\/laws-regulations\/132479\/\" title=\"\">Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caat.or.th\/laws-regulations\/132372\/\" title=\"\">Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No. 101 Measures to Protect Passenger Rights on Domestic and International Scheduled Flights shall be in effect as of May 20, Passenger Rights related to Charter Flight Services B.E. 2556<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caat.or.th\/laws-regulations\/132375\/\" title=\"\">Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No.104 Denied Boarding of Passengers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Common Issues That May Be Encountered During Air Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caat.or.th\/en\/publication\/179240\/\" title=\"\">Flight Delays<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a
