certificate for an air operator or the holder of an air operator&#8217;s certificate is responsible for establishing and improve airworthiness manual to comply with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/29716\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Announcement of the Department of Civil Aviation the Air Navigation by Aeroplane of AOC Holders B.E. 2553<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/2162\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Regulations of the Civil Aviation Board No. 85<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/2163\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Regulations of the Civil Aviation Board No. 86<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/48331\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Announcement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand relating to Helicopter Operations Requirements B.E. 2563<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the owner or operator of General Aviation is responsible for establishing and improve airworthiness manual to comply with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/41486\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Announcement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand relating to General Aircraft Operations, B.E. 2562<\/a><br>To be used to those involved in the maintenance and operation and shall be submitted to the Director-General of Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand to certify before implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-caat-heading-underline\">Pre-Requisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants will need to prepare and provide the documents and information listed under the \u201cHow do I apply and What do I need to include with my application\u201d section below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-caat-heading-underline\">How much does it cost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certification fees:<\/strong>\u00a0The cost for making an application directly to the CAAT for the approval of Airworthiness Manual which is based on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/old-www.caat.or.th\/th\/archives\/41421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Announcement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand \u201cCertification fees issued under the authority of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand B.E. 2561\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1000 THB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>** Please note that the manual certification fees will only charge fees for amendment of the manual that has been certified by CAAT in the previous certification process and later the operator amended the manual and requested the CAAT to re-certify which is based on\u00a0<a The assigned CAAT inspector will proceed to check the completeness of document. If the request is completely correct or in the case that the request is found incomplete the assigned CAAT inspector will notify the applicant to send additional documents. In which the assigned CAAT inspector will notify the applicant within 10 working days and will take further steps if the applicant has already submitted additional documents (if any). If the applicant does not send the additional documents correctly and completely. The assigned CAAT inspector may consider returning the request to the applicant\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4) For the applicant who submit the request via EMPIC. After the assigned CAAT inspector received the documents, the assigned CAAT inspector will contact the applicant through the system within a period not exceeding 10 working days if the document is completely correct the assign CAAT inspector will take further steps. Then the applicant shall review and correct those finding(s) to comply with regulations. The applicant can submit evidence for finding correction via email (the assigned CAAT inspector email) or hard copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2) After finding(s) are corrected by the applicant, the inspection package will be closed by the assigned CAAT inspector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-xl-font-size\"><strong>3) Approval phase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1) After the assigned CAAT inspector reviewing the documents and evidence of the corrective action of the applicant (if any), the assigned CAAT inspector will notify the applicant and proceed the internal coordination to issue invoices for manual certification fee and sent to the applicant via email within a period not exceeding 5 working days after notifying the applicant. The applicant must proceed to pay the manual certification fee and the applicant will receive a receipt as evidence via email.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2) The applicant must proceed to pay the manual certification fee, which the applicant will receive a receipt as evidence via email.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3) After the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has issued a receipt.
