The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) is the Competent Authority for maintenance organisations that are involved in the maintenance of Thai registered aircraft and components intended for fitment thereto as established by TCAR 8 Part 145.A.1 General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
