1. The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) specified information in the AVSEC Secure Portal as Sensitive Aviation Security Information (SSI). In order to be aligned with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP), The Director-General of The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand need to ensure that individuals accessing Sensitive Aviation Security Information (SSI) undergo a background check process to confirm a person’s identity and history. Therefore, those who seek to access to the AVSEC Secure Portal must give consent to CAAT for sharing their data with security agencies for additional background checks to ensure that they have no any history related to terrorism.
2. Username and password of each user is issued exclusively to individuals who have registered with CAAT. Therefore, if CAAT found that anyone shared their username and password with others or disclosed information from the AVSEC Secure Portal to unauthorized individuals, CAAT reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the AVSEC Secure Portal for the user without prior notice.
3. In the event that CAAT found a history of any user show their relation with terrorism, CAAT will immediately suspend access to the AVSEC Secure Portal for that user without prior notice.
