Whereas the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on Repair Station Certificate
Requirements B.E. 2563 (2020) and its amendments have been issued, and it is deemed appropriate to
amend the criteria and procedures for repair station certification so as to be current and consistent with
international standards; by virtue of the
Section 6/1 of the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954), as amended by the Emergency Decree
Amending the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497, B.E. 2558 (2015), and Section 41/101 paragraph two,
Section 41/102 paragraph two and Section 41/103 paragraph two of the Air Navigation Act B.E.
2497 (1954) as amended,
Clause 3, Clause 5, Clause 6, Clause 8 and Clause 9 of the Regulation of the Civil Aviation Authority
of Thailand No. 2 on Repair Station Certificate,
and Clause 7 of the Regulation of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand No. 3 on the Manufacture
of Aircraft Parts by Repair Station Certificate Holders,
Clause 3, Clause 5, Clause 7, Clause 10 and Clause 13 of the Regulation of the Civil Aviation
Authority of Thailand No. 5 on Foreign Repair Station Certificate and its amendments,
