Passenger Rights Protection: Delayed or Canceled Charter Flights
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand would like to inform passengers that in cases where a charter flight is delayed or canceled, passengers are entitled to protection under the Ministry of Transport’s Announcement on Protection of Passenger Rights related to Charter Flight Services B.E. 2556.
