Airworthiness Directives (ADs) are issued to address unsafe conditions.

Aircraft on the Thai Register are required to comply with applicable ADs in accordance with Requirement of The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand No.89 attach with TCAR AIR Part-39. 

Additionally, Airworthiness Directive (AD) issued by CAAT for products, parts and appliances where Thailand are either state of register or state of design or state of design of modification in accordance with Air Navigation Act (BE 2497) Section 41/82 are required to be complied.
