Whereas the safety standards prescribed under the law governing air navigation may be effectively complied with by various means, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has adopted the concept of Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material (AMC/GM) for the purpose of civil aviation oversight in Thailand, thereby providing civil aviation operators and other relevant persons with assurance that compliance with such means shall be deemed to constitute compliance with the applicable legal requirements; Therefore, in order to facilitate the effective compliance by holders of Repair Station Certificates with the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on Repair Station Certificate Requirements (Thailand Civil Aviation Regulation, Airworthiness Part, Repair Station Certificate Requirements (TCAR AIR Part-145)), B.E. 2569 (2026)
