From November 1st 2021, if Thailand is your destination and you are visitors from the listed countries with exemption from quarantine, here are the guidelines for you.
Before travelling
You must ensure that you have stayed in the listed country for more than 21 days. But if you are a Thai citizen traveled to the listed countries from Thailand, you are exempted from 21-day requirement.
Then, please contact Thai Embassy for Certificate of Entry or COE, or you can register at Thailand Pass via https://tp.consular.go.th with these following documents;
-Your Passport
-Vaccination Certificate
-COVID-19 Health Insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000
-SHA+ or Alternative Quarantine Hotel Reservation
Once the registration is complete, you will get T8-form from the system.
Upon your arrival at the first airport in Thailand
You will need to pass through body temperature screening. After that, please prepare and show these mandatory documents;
-Certificate of Entry or QR Code from Thailand Pass
-Vaccination Certificate
-COVID-19 Health Insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000
-RT-PCR test result within 72 hours
-SHA+ or Alternative Quarantine Hotel Reservation
If your documents are approved, you can proceed through immigration screening, baggage claims and customs clearance then go to the meeting point and take the bus to your reserved hotel.
At the hotel
Please ensure that “MorChana” application has been installed in your phone
and you will need to undergo RT-PCR Test and stay in the hotel until the result is available.
If your Covid-19 test result is negative, you can leave the hotel. If positive, you must undergo medical treatment.
You will also be given an ATK test kit to test on the 6th or 7th day, or upon any symptoms which may appear.
For Phuket International Airport, travelers may be tested for COVID-19 after baggage claims. However, the test result will be available at the hotel.
