- Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No. 101 Measures to Protect Passenger Rights on Domestic and International Scheduled Flights shall be in effect as of May 20, 2025.
- Ministry of Transport Announcement on Protection of Passenger Rights related to Charter Flight Services B.E. 2556
- Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No.104 Denied Boarding of Passengers
Common Issues That May Be Encountered During Air Transport
- Flight Delays
- Flight Cancellations
- Flight Delays/Cancellations (in the case of chartered flights)
- Denied Boarding due to Overbooking or Aircraft Type Change (protected under CAAT Regulation 101)
- Denied Boarding in accordance with Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No.104 (not protected under Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No.101)
- Tarmac Delays (when aircraft is on the ground and passengers are on board)
