Flight Permit Online System (FPOS)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) is implementing a new system for flight permission request and issuance called “Flight Permit Online System or FPOS”. Airlines or aircraft operators shall use FPOS for requesting a flight permission prior to flying over, in and out of the Kingdom of Thailand including take off, landing and making a technical stop. This new system shall also be used by relevant organizations upon their own purposes.

Flight Permit Online System (FPOS) is officially implemented. Operators and agents are able to register NOW.
Who need a Flight Permit Online System (FPOS) account?
From 09 Jul 2021, The list below need to setup Flight Permit Online System (FPOS) account

Thai Airlines (Thai)
Foreign Airlines (Non-Thai)
Thailand Registered Flying Association/Club 
Company (held the Air Operating License (AOL) that has been approved by Thailand Ministry of Transport) – Private aircraft operator
Private aircraft operator
