Aeronautical Information Services (AIS)

Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP)

Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) provides permanent aeronautical information necessary for the safety, regularity and efficiency of international and national air navigation for the entire territory of Thailand and for the airspace over the high seas encompassed by the Bangkok Flight Information Region (FIR) accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices. AIP -Thailand is made up of three parts, namely General (GEN), En-route (ENR) and Aerodromes (AD) and Aeronautical Chart as necessary.

AIP Supplement (AIP SUP) publishes temporary changes of long duration (three months and longer) and information of short duration that contains extensive text and/or graphics, supplementing the permanent information contained in AIP-Thailand.

The Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) contains explanatory or advisory information concerning technical, legislative or administrative matters, as well as information on the long-term forecast of major changes in legislation, regulations, procedures or facilities liable to affect flight safety.

NOTAM contains information concerning the establishment, condition or change in any aeronautical facility, service, procedure or hazard, the timely knowledge of which is essential for personnel concerned with flight operations

To access the electronic Integrated Aeronautical Information Package (eIAIP), a portal allowing users to access AIP, AIP amendments, AIP supplements, Aeronautical Information Circulars and NOTAM Lists.
