สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทยได้รวบรวมการแก้ไข (Amendment) ตามมาตรฐานและข้อพึงปฏิบัติของ ICAO (ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices: SARPs) เพื่อเป็นแนวโน้มการพัฒนากฎหมายของประเทศไทยให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานดังกล่าว
