การขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ดำเนินการวัตถุอันตราย
เพื่อให้เป็นไปตาม ข้อกำหนดของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย ฉบับที่ 73 ว่าด้วยการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งวัตถุอันตรายและสิ่งของต้องห้ามและต้องดูแลเป็นพิเศษ หมวดที่ 9 การขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับวัตถุอันตราย
- ผู้ตราส่ง
- ผู้ให้บริการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าที่ดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งวัตถุอันตราย
- ผู้ให้บริการจัดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับวัตถุอันตราย
ทั้ง 3 ประเภทหน่วยงานนี้ต้องขึ้นทะเบียนกับสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
กระบวนการยื่นขอขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ดำเนินการวัตถุอันตราย
- ขั้นตอนการยื่นคำขออย่างเป็นทางการ (Formal Application Phase)
- ขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐาน (Documentation Evaluation Phase)
- ขั้นตอนการขึ้นทะเบียน (Registration Phase)
ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 14 วันทำการ (ไม่รวมระยะเวลาการแก้ไขเอกสารหลักฐานของผู้สมัคร)
รายการเอกสารที่ต้องยื่น
- CAAT-OPS-DGFM-504 Application for Registration Certificate for Dangerous Goods Operating
- Complete form OPS-TCDGI-309 OPS_Operations Manual Dangerous Goods Segment for shipper and freight forwarder
- Copy of the existing Company Certificate of Registration (ใบจดทะเบียนบริษัท)
- Copy of the previous Registration Certificate for dangerous goods operating (for renewal only)
- Dangerous Goods Manual or Standard Operating Procedure
- Dangerous Goods Training Program Approval Letter of Applicant or Training Service Provider
- Training Record of staff who concern transport dangerous goods by air
- Other Documents required by CAAT officer
ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ผู้ยื่นคำขอจัดเตรียม Link ของ Shared Folder เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ CAAT สามารถเข้าถึงและ Download เอกสารคำขอได้โดยสะดวก

Dangerous Goods Shipment Monthly Report
ผู้ขึ้นทะเบียนต้องจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับวัตถุอันตราย (Dangerous Goods Shipment Monthly Report) ให้แก่ กพท. ทราบเป็นประจำทุกเดือน ภายในไม่เกิน 7 วัน นับจากวันสุดท้ายของเดือน โดยมีข้อมูลให้เป็นไปตามแบบฟอร์ม CAAT-OPS-DGFM-505 และส่งมาที่ e-mail : [email protected]
